1) How do I rent one of your
Properties?

info@bluefishvacations.com to check on availability, listing your
top choices in order of preference, and the specific dates you are interested
in. Upon making your reservation, you will provide us with your Name,
Address, Phone, Plus Credit Card Number to confirm your reservation. For
deposit, we will bill 1/2 the cost of the rental to your credit card.
The balance is billed directly to your credit card upon arrival. We can
then either fax or mail you confirmation and the rental
agreement. Please review and sign rental agreement, then fax or mail
it to our office ASAP.

2) What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check or Charge. We do require a credit card on all rentals
to confirm your deposit.
3) What is your Cancellation Policy?
Deposits are returned only if we are able to re-book your reservation. The full amount will be charged if reservation is not re-booked.
4) When do your rentals START/STOP?
Depending on the individual properties, and the time of year, our price
structure changes. In season (June thru August) we rent weekly only;
Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday. Off season rental dates and
prices vary depending on the individual properties and availability. Generally,
weekends and Holidays are a premium, there for priced slightly higher
then mid-week, and there is usually 2-3 night minimum stay required. Off
Season is beautiful in Harbor Country and perfect for weekend or mid week
escapes!
5) What time is Check -in and Checkout
Check in is 4PM EST; check out is 10AM EST during the summer. Off-Season varies.
Please call a few days prior to your arrival to make arrangements to pick
up keys. We will make special arrangements for late arrivals. Remember we
are one hour ahead of Chicago Time, So please plan accordingly.
6) What amenities can I expect?
The amenities provided are a varied as the properties we provide, and
are listed on the individual page of the web site. Here are some basic's
one can expect: TV, VCR, Kitchens, Microwaves, Coffee Makers Toasters,
Kitchenware, and Pots & pans ect.. We provide you with a "starter
set" of two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, two rolls of
paper towels, two garbage bags and some basic cleaning supplies. Linens
such as sheets and towels are provided based on the number of beds.
7) What about Phones, Smoking, Pets ect..?
Almost all of the homes have phones with local calling access. Long distance
is blocked and requires a credit card or a cell phone. Smoking is not allowed
indoors at any of the properties. Be sure to throw away any butts before your
departure. Pets are not allowed in many of the properties, however please
check the individual listings or call. We do have some properties which do
allow "well behaved" pets!
